In the Capex model, the network operator purchases the platform as a turnkey solution. Whereby apliTV will deploy the SW licenses based on the technical Scope dimensions agreed upon, Hardware, and professional services. After the 1st year we provide maintenance based on the BOQ provided.
Responsibility matrix will be provided based on each parties contribution. After which a recommended percentage will be provided, and each party shares the revenue after the content provider.
